Who We Are Unity Behavioral Health

Unity Behavioral Health is a Washington-based behavioral health organization committed to delivering compassionate, trauma-informed care for adults experiencing serious mental health challenges. Founded and legally registered on May 7, 2020, our company was created by a team of dedicated mental health professionals, nurses, and counselors with decades of combined frontline experience.

From the very beginning, our mission has been to create safe, dignified spaces where healing can begin—spaces that offer not just clinical stability but human connection. We recognized a growing need for facilities that blend evidence-based psychiatric care with a deeply personal, recovery-oriented approach.

Over the years, we’ve steadily built a model grounded in respect, equity, and integrity—one that supports individuals through both voluntary and involuntary treatment, in settings designed to feel more like home than hospitals.

Today, Unity Behavioral Health is expanding thoughtfully, with distinct, independently managed facilities—each designed to meet the unique needs of the communities they serve. As we grow, we remain focused on the core values that inspired us from the start:

“Rooted in Care. Rising in Unity.”
